Our values guide who we are and how we design and built training programs at Centia PLT. It defines our nature of training and delivery of our serviced product.

02. Our Approach
At Centia PLT, our believes in our core values has led us to develop our own approach in hospitality training programs. We've developed an approach we designate as A.I.M, which stands for Assess. Implement & Measure. This 3 step framework has successfully allow us to design training materials that are both impactful and valuable.
Assess : First Step, we assess the training need of any given organization or establishment by getting to know the culture and obtaining comments from respective owners & individuals to properly ensure what is learned is incorporated into training materials.
Implement : Second stage is where we develop and carry out training programs and provide contents relevant to the training need based on our observation and comments received. Here is where we conduct the training programs that are useful and valuable through methods of Adult Learning Techniques, Lectures, Workshops, Role Playing, Presentations, Case Studies and most of all having fun.
Measure : In our Third and Final Step, we measure the understanding gained of the individuals at the end of the session with a short quiz or test. We often times conduct post training evaluation and communicate with participants for the continuous assistance of the participant and feedback for improvement.
